Honing Our Brand: Nihon Ken Club is Now Just Kuro Shiba!
We’ve Rebranded (Sort Of)!
Hi KURO fam! This is a super quick announcement to let you all know that we’ve rebranded… sort of. In response to community feedback, we’re simplifying and de-confusifying our brand image by removing “Nihon Ken Club” from our name, URLs, and social media handles.
We’re just Kuro Shiba now!
We initially launched Kuro Shiba (KURO) under the umbrella of the Nihon Ken Club to provide room for our little project to grow. As you may know, the Nihon Ken are the the six Japanese dog breeds — including the Shiba Inu — and we originally wanted to keep our brand name broad so we’d be able to incorporate more Japanese-dog-themed tokens to our “club” down the line. However, because we are 100% focused on growing $KURO right now, we wanted our branding to reflect that.
